This shrine of magireftá (Greek casserole dishes), going since 1936, is another spot where Rick Stein dropped by approvingly on his Med Escapes tour, and where locals have lunch after work or shopping in the nearby bazaar. This small restaurant tucked away in a back alley in the center of Corfu Town has its own color and offers an authentic Greek cuisine with a strong local flavor. The place is run by a family, who has a passion for good food and takes care of guests with careful attention to every little detail. The ambiance is absolutely casual.
